Aramex

I sent a parcel to Eastern Cape.on 16 November from Pretoria. Inside were 3 x 5 litres paint, 10 drill bits, 6 Polyfan disks, 200 pieces of Aluminium parts, a box of number punches, 3 x Locks and 6 x hinges. Totsal weight - 20 kilos. On the 23rd I tracked the parcel. It went tp Port Elizabeth and back to Pretoria. Their answer to our phone call was that the parcel was damaged due to poor packaging. They asked us what they should do. I asked them to send it back for repackaging. We found 2 cans of paint empty, 1 full and everything else missing..No response from customer care after 3 e-mails. You think we will ever use them again?
