aramex

I have a pacel that needs to be delivered to me, it was picked up on munday it is now thursday afternoon and i stil havent recieved anything, on the website for the last two days it states that is out on delivery. I phoned aramex this morning and I was told someone would contact me regarding my order and when I will reieve it, and to no surprise no one has up until now contacted me. I tried phoning numerous times today again and the phones just keep ringing no answer .There service is terible to say the least
