Aramex 24hour desk-to-door hoax

Aramex is supposed to be a 24 hour desk-to-door courier insuring all parcels be safely delivered to you by 12 midday the next day...or so they say at least.

I had a parcel that was sent to me on a Monday only to battle every single day calling the customer care centre wasting hours of airtime in order to get my valued parcel delivered to me. It is now longer than a week later and still no parcel in sight. When tracking my parcel it states that I am unreachable but no attempt to call me is made. I am a very unhappy customer. Don't waste your time or patience, use another courier that ACTUALLY cares
