aramex (2 to 3 days -not keeping to it)
I have a client that lives in koppies(free state) and i phoned aramex to make sure the can deliver to koppies. Yes the lady said..IT WILL TAKE 2 TO 3 DAYS(SO NOT TRUE)so on the 21.10.2015 i dropped it off(before 10 am).today i get a call from my client(there is no parcel) so i phone aramex south africa - only to get told that they delivered it to a 3rd party and it will only be there on monday(SO THATS NOT 2 TO 3 DAYS -THAT'S 4 WORKING DAYS!!!!!) WHY ARE ARAMEX LYING TO THERE CUSTOMERS???WHY DO YOU PHONE THEM??? AND THEN I ASKED THE PERSON ON THE PHONE WHO IS THE 3RD PARTY... ONLY TO DROP THE PHONE IN MY EAR!! THIS IS SO NICE.. TO PAY FOR A SERVICE AND NOT GET WHAT THEY PROMISES YOU!!
