Aramazing Service

I sent a parcel yesterday when the receiver informed me that she wanted me to send it to a different address. I contacted Aramex after hours to ask if I could have the parcel delivered to my address so I can re-send.

A lovely lady named Mokgaetji Mokwele phoned me as soon as they opened and said I could simply email her the new address, she would change it for me. She immediately sent an email for me to respond to and sorted it out in a swift, friendly and professional manner.
