Aramax the worst service

I ordered from Shein on international shipping and unfortunately they used Aramax as their delivery company in South Africa. I have never experienced such bad service, we live on a plot just outside of town and because of that they refused to deliver to our door, only 10km on tar road as we paid R500 for the delivery??? The driver was so rude we had to speak to a supervisor which also did not care to accommodate us. Why do we have to pay such ridiculous prices for such utter bad service. The driver was so rude that both me and my husband got upset which is really not easy. Very poor service. I will unfortunately not recommend Aramax and will never support them. Sorry for Shein that will be loosing business.

Just to add to that we have had a total of 52 deliveries to our plot this year and have never had an issue, we have to walk about 1,5km to the tar road where we collect our deliveries from the drivers on the tar road. This company does not want to accommodate us and does not specify that you need to collect your delivery in the nearest town before payment is made.
