Aramax the worst courier service I’ve ever gotten

The worst service by far. I sent a parcel from PE to my client in Bizana on the 12th through Postnet and selected the overnight option which was obviously the most expensive. The parcel was take to Durban on the 13th and it’s been sitting there for 7 days now, so much for “overnight”. I’ve been tracking and contacting them and no one seems to know why it’s not getting delivered to my client and I am not going to lose a client because of their incompetence. When I call I’m told that it’s with a 3rd party and they’ve emailed them to find out why it hasn’t been delivered and no response thereafter. Definitely never using this useless courier again,
