ARAMAX THE FIRST AND THE LAST TIME I DO BUSINESS WITH YOU

Hi Monday i posted a parcel from Jhb to Cape Town. Before posting it I sent a message enquiring when will it arrive i was told it will arrive by Wednesday. Today I enquire the agent tells me it arrived in Cape Town but will on be delivered by Friday for the latest I had a deadline for today. Then I asked them to return the parcel and refund me as this company ARAMAX did hold up to their end of the deal. They don't refund please why say it will arrive there Today you need to refund if you can't fulfill your commitment. Tracking ref no ***. You can speak to a person they all just end your chat and we must just accept it that disgusting Please sort out this. No wonder your ratings are so bad
