Aramax sucks

I have nothing good to say about Aramax South Africa, why Amazon uses them I do not understand or comprehend why, every time there are lies and excuses and every staff member lies, and their drivers say the hoot at the gate, but the cameras show nothing, they can't get their stories straight and I'm amazed that this company is still in business, no service, no follow up, no assistance, they all just pass the buck, I was promised by Kimberly that I would have my package the following day and when I phoned two days later, I spoke to Ryan, and he confirmed that the package was in their warehouse from.
