Aramax Sucks!

Worst...Couriering...Company...Ever. I've been waiting five days for a parcel to be delivered that's less than an hour away! And I still haven't got it. No one picks up phones after waiting for over five minutes and then been cut off on multiple attempts. Email support doesn't recognize Johannesburg as a city(!), so I can't even email a complaint.
