Aramax South Africa

Honestly the worst service I have ever received from Aramax - My parcel was said to arrive in JHB in 24 hours - 48 hours later they said the truck broke down the day prior. I have now been on the phone with them 3 times and received 3 different arrival times for my parcel. It still has not arrived 3 and a half hours after the original arrival time and the customer call center staff is NO HELP! The parcel is for a patient who is flying overseas in a few hours. The worst service from both the driver and the call centre!
