Aramax snail service

We delivered a package at Glen Ballad Pick and Pay to be sent to Cape Town with Aramax on 14 February 2023. The package was only delivered on 21 February 203 and was damaged. This is suppose to be a speedy delivery service. This is the second time it took a week or more for packages to be delivered to Cape Town. They are getting slower by the day and the service is getting worse. Will definitely not use them anymore.
