Lost a parcel, been on the phone and w/app discussion. Have no remorse, Received an answer: You should receive an reply within 72 working hours. means 9 days if you lucky. Nobody can phone you, not allowed. Will respond by w/app. Can not obtain senior peoples name because they to almighty to talk to a plep paying customer. They will also not respond to this review or your communication, to arrogant.
