Aramax Service and Communication -5 but 1 star is apparently the lowest - theres nothing that shines there

Please be Warned this company is slower than a snail and less efficient that Goverment.

They use Third party contractors who drive around with your package for days and their website and call centre sing the same lies.

I orderd two packages the same time one from Pretoria 700km away and it was delivered within a day after collection by The Courier Guy (10/10) the second package was ordered from Durban 30km away and it is now going on Day 3

All I can say is be aware of the lack of service and accountability from this courier company.
