ARAMAX R299 6 DAYS STILL NO DELIVERY

R299 paid for a service. 6 days later still no delivery. Do not use Aramax they do not deliver in time. They lie saying the driver has the item in him and will deliver before 12pm then before 5pm. Still no parcel. They do not have the experience to handle parcels, there automated voice saying your package is in good hands is a blatant lie and misconception of the service they do not offer. Rather send your items with Door to Door couriers or Postnet. They are cheaper and faster. Aramax staff and dispatch managers are ***** they do not know anything regarding customer service or to run a business. RIPOFF R299 6 DAYS STILL WAITING
