Aramax poor service

I've been waiting for a international parcel to be delivered by Aramex.

They don't updated their tracking records and what was updated is also questionable.

I've contacted them several times and even had to request that the delivery address is changed as I did not received the parcel within the indicated 17-22 Business days from date of order. Tracking number: *** The last 2 tracking updates as their records: 9/12/2023 11:54 Sandton, South Africa, cleared from customs (8 days, no progress) 17/12/2023 08:04 O R Tambo International Airport, South Africa, Under processing at operations facility. (12 days, still pending) That indicates that they have been sitting with the package for 20 days. lets be fair and take of the public holidays, 4 days, still 16 days without any progress or delivery.

Yesterday when I phoned Aramax, the lady who took the call she will email the responsible section and request them to attend to the order. Nothing has changed on their tracking records.

I find their service extremely poor and will never advice anyone to make use of their service.
