Aramax = NO SERVICE

There call centre is unhelpful in the extreme. If they had told me what the hold up at customs were, the 1st time I called, my package wouldnt have been stuck there for 11 days. Only after I harassed them over a 4 day period, did 1 helpful guy tell me that the supplier hadnt paid the duties. I could've had that sorted 4 days earlier. Now my package has been " Out for delivery" since Friday 20/11/20 7.07am. And guess what???? STILL NO DELIVERY. They keep escalating my queries or sending it to another department, and to date I have not had ONE SINGLE CALL FROM THEM. This is the 4th time I have a had a package delivered through Aramax, and only with 1 delivery did I NOT struggle with them. Their service is absolutely pathetic!!!!!
