ARAMAX LIES

Good Day I placed 2 orders from Shein and one was with Buffalo and that has arrived then my other larger order is with ARAMAX and the website said the order was through customs and now after an hour and a half of holding and speaking to a not to helpful Customer service person I still have no clue why ARAMAX lies on the website about where the parcel is their services leaves alot to be desired.
