Aramax is a disappointment

After a week I still haven't received my parcel...I called aramax they didn't help at all...one consultant actually hanged the phone ....I tried tracking my waybill number ...it's said it's not yet available because it's a drop to door parcel....I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone ...aramax doesn't do anything to help the customers....by now I just have to believe that my item which I paid R3000 + rand is lost... thanks a lot aramax
