Aramax ignoring customers and break delivery dates

Aramex services is truly unacceptable. Orders would arrive in SA and no updates are made for over 10 days even if it is express delivery. I've ordered and received goods after this specific package that was delivered through Buffalo logistics. I have no feedback in 10 days on my parcel and have still not received a duty tax invoice - which is also way more expensive. Horrible service with no feedback on my numerous complaints and emails.
