ARAMAX has Terrible customer service, dont use their services

They are refusing to delivery my parcel. I called and emailed they kept of saying there was a delay and never mentioned what was causing the delay. I then decided to reach out to Nike since i made the purchase from them and they are the ones who choose this nightmare of courier service for me. I was told my parcel arrived on the 3rd May in SA. On the 10th I tracked my order again still there was no movement, I decided to tweet Aramax, then they responded to my email telling me that my parcel cant be released without an invoice. All this time they never spoke to me about an invoice, i then asked Nike to email it, i forwarded the invoice to Aramax now they are telling me that they will log a call to a relevant department and send my query there, they just asked me for an invoice when i send an invoice they now tell me they will log a call and this will take another 5 working days. I just need my parcel, I paid for this service, it is really frustrating that these people are playing games.
