Aramax false communication and no services

This is the worst courier service I have ever had. First I tried calling for 2 day no answer. Eventually agreed to a whatsapp chat. I have been waiting more that 24hours just for a respond on whatsapp.

My app shows clearly my order is South Africa. The app gets updated by Aramax then they tell me that my order is still in China customs!!! This is so stressful experience. I have no idea where my package is and there is no communication.

The app details are false! Or Aramax is lying to play for time and updates their up so that Shein thinks they are delivering on time!! You are the worst Aramax!!
