Aramax Couriers, total incompetency

If I could give this company minus stars I would. It took Aramex two and a half weeks for an 'overnight' document delivery from Eshowe to Pretoria, (three days from Eshowe to Durban!) Added to their incompetency the tracking number came up as 'invalid' on their website. Beware of using their dropboxes in a major retail outlet - it appears that nothing is scanned, tracked and no notice at all is taken of delivery instructions. Customer service is nil - I was promised that my complaint had been escalated and I would receive a call from someone senior! Silence!!!!!!! Wouldn't recommend them and cannot understand how they can stay in business.
