Aramax couriers bad service

I will never advise anyone to make use of Aramax courier service. They are the worst I've ever seen. I ordered something from Johannesburg and Aramax had to deliver it. First they send it from Johannesburg to Pietermaritzburg. We stay in Dundee. That part I don't understand.... Ok so the parcel was on its way on Friday. I phoned twice and both times they confirmed it will be delivered before five. I waited until 7....then I got a notification that said customer not available, delivery rescheduled.... I mean really??? My phone number is on the invoice, no one phoned me. Pietermaritzburg are 3hours drive from us, so the delivery guy had to leave way before 5 to get back to PMB. I waisted a whole day waiting for a parcel that was rather urgent. I'm fed up with bad service.
