Aramax Click Way Terrible agent - Ishara

If i could give Aramax Click way a 0 star I totally would . Imagine having a whatsapp line that responds 2 hours later and then having to find other means to contact them ( yes , i had to contact their web team) to get some answers. Only to find out that my parcel is not going to be collected . Absolute pathetic .

Ishara , you're the absolute worse person and genuinely shouldnt be in customer service. Responding to a customer 2 hours later on a whatsapp line , after me pinging you 2 times to find out something , anything . I had to find out from another agent what was going on .
