Aramax Bull S#$% service

Pathetic service, I don't know why such a big company still has poor administration. It is quite unfortunate that I can't choose my own courier company when buying from SHEIN, Aramax charged me a fortune and then didn't stick to delivery time frame, on top of that they don't give updates. When you call in, be sure to listen to a machine for over an hour. They advise us to track packages online but hoe to us, they hardly update the online tracker as well. I tried online chat, I got a lady "if it was really a person " called Mbali that gave me an automated answer, and ended the chat immediately.

I would appeal to companies using Aramax to boycott this courier company, you are going to loose clients because of their mediocrity service. If you have any problem with my review call me ***
