Aramax bad service

I ordered beginning of October on shein they sent my stuff through Aramax, everything arrived in the country a week after I ordered and I am still waiting for customs invoice and for my stuff to be delivered it’s been 3 weeks now , they don’t respond to emails and they have poor customer service
