Aramamex store to door waste of consumer time and money

Pathetic service. They offer store to door overnight but it doesnt work that way. When you call them they give you the usual story of lockdown restrictions, but they have no mention of that displayed on the website nor at the store dropoff points. If that was made known then id have opted to use an alternate courier that would actually do an overnight delivery. Delivery was from Cape Town to Durban. I called Durban an was answered by an agent, who sounded like she just woke up from her sleep to answer because she is working from home, asked to speak to her manager and she said they will call me. its been about 2 hours and nothing. I called Cape Town and the agent took my details and said the manager who handles the account will call me and its been more than an hour since. And my package hasn't even been delivered yet.
