April fools - charged for a parcel that was never received!!!!!!!!!!

<p>A parcel (waybill number ********** 8971) was sent from Durban on 31 March 2017 enroute to Stellenbosch. </p> <p> </p> <p>It’s been in Durban since 1 April and we’re urgently awaiting this parcel. We’ve even been invoiced on 31 March 2017 (R266.26) for this, but we never received the parcel or a credit note. </p> <p> </p> <p>I've phoned customer care in Durban AND in Stellenbosch NUMEROUS TIMES, but no one has an answer yet!!! Even customer care in Durban described the parcel to me as "a think parcel of about 3kg" (therefore a clear indication that someone measured the parcel). I only get promises of "we'll follow up and phone you back", but it's been MORE than a month now!! </p> <p> </p> <p>We need that parcel URGENTLY!!</p> <p> </p>
