Appalling service : where is my parcel???

Aramex is the worst delivery service to date. I had to call them all week to receive a parcel. They did not even bother to call and tell me that they had delivered the parcel, I had to see it it on their track app. I don’t don’t know where they delivered my parcel because I did not receive it or get any calls regarding my parcel. Terrible service. You will be sent from pillar to post with no resolution.
