APPALLING SERVICE FROM ARAMEX GLOBAL SHOPPWE

I purchased a pair of shoes in the US on 29 June . Exhorbitent charges from Aramex Global Shopper to courier it . I have tried to track the package several times .Its been in Jhb since 20 July .I have been kept on hold forever -mailed them ,received a reference number for the mail and not heard back again. I am now waiting for another package of apparel from Australia which I will probably have to also wait on indefinitely as well. No word from Aramex at all .Shocking to say the least .Last time I will be using them !!!
