Appalling Service From Aramex

I am appalled by your service, I was called in by one of your agents this morning at 10:09 am telling me that I should expect my delivery before 3pm today, but the delivery never came, I called in 4 times during the period of 3-5pm enquiring about my delivery, they 1st told me they are tracking the driver because the drive out with the delivery, the after 4pm when I called to follow up again they told me the driver has put in a response on their system that he is no longer doing deliveries he has decided to go back to your check points & if I want the delivery, I must come pick it up myself tomorrow, but I had made it clear that I had to leave Durban this afternoon! I am disgusted with Aramex Durban branch! They can take back the parcel there’s no use for it now! I want my money back @ZaraSA.
