Appalling service

They lie about attempting to deliver the parcels when they don't bother. I waited for 2 days for my parcel while they play their games about not being able to get hold of the customer. The first attempt we opened the gate for them and they never arrived. The second day l waited for them making sure l have my phone throughout the day and then at 17h39 they decide to write on the tracking page that they attempted to deliver and customer is not available.
