Appalling service and Gross Negligence

I’ve been using this service since 2017 and had raving reviews as service was quick and you really got your value for money. As of late I’m bitter, frustrated and just ****ed off.

If they aren’t miscalculating customs charges, they are not replying to emails. I’ve been waiting over a month for my packages. I think what’s even more tragic is that even the managers show a certain callousness when dealing with the incompetence in operations. I wouldn’t advise anyone to use this service. Although pricey try PostBox Courier or any other courier company. These guys are rotten and they don’t care to change that.
