APPALLING SERVICE!!!

I'd put negative stars is it allowed me. I am utterly appalled at the state in which my parcel arrived at a friend. The box inside was squashed and the lid of it **********. The wrapped notebook had been opened. An item inside the box was broken. This package was marked as fragile and it had clearly been opened, squashed and manhandled. I demand compensation for my courier fee and an apology. This is absolutely unacceptable!!!
