Appalling customer service

This courier company is very appalling!!!!!😡😡😡😡😡Their customer service doesn't even answer - why are they in business. They send communication without clear ETA you'll wait until you die for them to deliver I have been waiting three days for a package. Nxa, and this is the reason I want to stop buying online because these vendors use companies like this!!!
