APPALLED BY *********** SERVICE

<p>Aramex jhb is the most sorry *********** lousy thing ever. I have called 7 times in 2 days, trying to find out what happened to my parcel, and 7 times the lady said she will call me back, which she didnt. The last time i called i demanded to speak to a manager and she just nonchalantly puts me on hold for 27 minutes. First of all, my parcel is missing. The contents contains mascara worth R455 plus R99 courier. Who is gonna pay for that? And secondly, who is gonna take just a tiny second out of their day to tell me where the hell is my parcel? I send 5+ parcels a day, any suggestions for more reliable couriers? :-) </p>
