Never a pleasant experience. Promise you delivery but never does. Get this message everyday at 5pm Attempted Delivery - Customer Not Available / Delivery Rescheduled

Absolutely not true. No one made any attempt to delivery or contact me. Speak to agent and they promise you it will be delivered but it does not. How can one plan ahead.
