Annoying Aramex!!!

Dropped off a package with personal items to be couriered to JHB 25 Aug 2026. The package has not reached its destination as yet ... emailed the organization 30 Aug 2026 inclusive of 4 times today (also called on the organization - staff informed that she will investigate and revert to me - she has not called). Called again spoke to Wayde - could not locate via waybill number (strange as info is now computerized for easy and prompt access) - then advises that it may be at the drop-off (irresponsible for the person in charge of collections as the package was dropped off last Tuesday ... what on earth!! requested to liaise with the Director/Manager - call disconnects!!!!! Annoying n so rude!!! I have spent over 30 minutes of airtime !!! as well as data!!!. called twice but alas, calls are disconnected ... call again n put through to a sweet lady Tamara who takes me through the process... am awaiting call from their manager/director. Staff are careless or basically do not care and respect their duties ... Get rid of these staff an employ people who are serious about their job n more deserving!!! Aramex offices are 5 minutes away from the drop-off but it seems as if it is an effort to collect the package!!!!!!!
