Annoyed Client with Aramex

I have waited for my wines to be delivered and they only delivered 1 bottle and 6 are still outstanding, to top it all the guy that came to deliver was late and told me that he will delivered the next day on the 5th to date I have not heard from them and when I use my phone and time to call them I made to hold for over an hour or the call just gets cut off. My order/Tracking number is ***, please deliver my stuff asap as I placed this order on the 11th of May already.
