My Nike.com package delivery has been delayed for 2 weeks now. No progress at all with the status of my package, and they showed no effort in ensuring that I receive my package on time. Next thing I’ll hear is that my package is LOST. I have never experienced such incompetency and poor service from a courier company. If you keep failing your customers you might as well stop operating.
