*********, *********** and disappointing

Would rate this company zero stars if I could. Been waiting for my parcel for a week now and every time the company agents have some or other excuse, trying to push the blame on recipient. Yesterday I was told around 4pm the delivery guy was in the area but no parcel was delivered. Today I decide to eventually track the parcel and the report indicates "attempted delivery" but nothing whatsoever was attempted because I was at home waiting for it to come! For an international company the practices are *********, *********** and disappointing.
