An overnight parcel to JHB was 3 days late with poor tracking info, even with multiple calls to multiple assistants, each giving contradictory information, and one being extremely rude and told me all other Aramex assistants were lying to me. The parcel made deadline (recipient leaving the country) by one hour only, never mind all the stressful days and time wasted trying to make heads or tails of the situation. I used to love Aramex...very sad
