An ordeal from hell with Aramex SA!!!

A simple small order vital to my small business start-up (proof exhibition Sat 29 Aug) arrived in SA from the USA 9 July, two days after ordered. Aramex staff update the tracking system with lies (parcel never where it showed). They also claimed huge delays at customs, then that the delivery truck was hijacked after weeks of no movement and my offer to collect from their depot at OR Thambo, more lies as the date of highjack and SAP case number don’t correlate at all. A very expensive and time-sapping period followed where I was promised (incl. Mr Strinie Reddy client service executive) that my order was replaced...more lies! (USA company refutes any replacement order) I have furnished all documents Aramex requested but have been offered a fraction of the invoiced total even after they received full payment from the USA Company in August. Aramex have either been unreachable or lie about what can and will be done. I have endured more than I can handle with Aramex SA's blatant arrogance, incompetence, laziness and total disregard for their clients. Only lying promises feedback to my calls, emails and messages. I will NEVER deal with Aramex again!!!
