Amazon delivery through Aramex courier

I have a parcel which I am expecting from amazon and ordered on 26thMay 2019. It was handed over to Aramex on 29th and it continued with them at new York till 3rd June when it was finally moved to Dubai and the Johannesburg. It was received at Johannesburg on the 6th . Since the 29th though I have received the responses for most of my service requests yet the speed is too slow and the response has been weird . They initially said that this shipment would never move from US as it has battery and now it has been received at Johannesburg. The AWB no is : ********** 392. There has been no change in customs status and I’m told to wait for 2-3 days . All duties and taxes were paid upfront to amazon while checking out , yet clearance is too slow and no response is being provided except to wait. I hope it moves quickly and gets delivered at the earliest
