Amarex - zero service - zero accountability - your time is a joke to them.

Shoddy service. I was contacted to say that my delivery would be out on Monday and to ensure that someone would be at home. No one arrived. I tried calling / whats app etc nothing - seems like a type of chatbot is used. Delivery then took place on Tuesday. When I asked the driver why there was a delay - he laughed and said that they rean out of time. So 2 days at home waiting for a delivery - would be interesting if they actually reimbursed you for your time wasted at home waiting for them. Zero service and zero accountability - sadly, this has now tarnished my experience with the vendor and I will not purchase from them again as they continue to use Amarex.
