I paid for overnight delivery from Johannesburg to durban on Friday the 6 Feb 2026, this was supposed to get to durban, tracking this on their app, my parcel ended in going to to Capetown instead, then was rerouted to durban 4 days later, and my parcel will be delivered in 72 hours, the whatsapp customer services takes hours to respond and you can never get through to their offices, in now 13 feb 2026 and I have been told, I will only receive my parcel from Monday 16 Feb, my tracking number is ***, they are apalling. Yet the fees waa paid for over night delivery.
