Amarex PostNet Partnership

I believe that this courier partnership with PostNet is giving PostNet a bad name because of its service. I lost something valuable that was sent from one PostNet to another PostNet with Amarex. PostNet took it up with Amarex and they said that they will investigate. It’s been a week and no feedback!
