Amarex delivers my parcel to the wrong address

Aramex in Bloemfontein has delivered my parcel to the wrong person. I've repeatedly asked to retrieve my parcel and give it back to me. they give me the run around and conflicting stories. They acting like its my fault that this parcel went to the wrong place. They lie and say they called me when they didn't.
