Amarex can’t trace or find my parcel

I dropped a package on Saturday 06/06/2020 at Pick n Pay North Cliff Square at 12pm even today my parcel is still unaccounted for. Seriously I regret using their services. However operate their WhatsaApp number deserves to be fired (Rude and arrogant yeeeerr)
